This was my first time shopping for a car and I was really nervous about not getting a good deal, and also just the investment as a first time buyer. Guided me to reflect on pros and cons of the options I was considering, and encouraged me to even consider possible future plans. Never did I feel like I was being pressured to buy in that moment. He was knowledgeable and chill. Also my mom was with me and he also was checking on how she felt with the process to which I thought really showed his great customer service skills and character. The manager was also friendly and welcoming. When we went over numbers, they were very accommodating of my requests and gave me a great deal without any haggling. There was clear communication amongst the whole team. Never a moment where I didn’t know what was happening in the whole process. Thank you guys! More
