As is not unusual with new vehicles, there have been some electrical problems with the 2010 Silverado that I just bought so I have had to take it to the Reading Rd. service shop several times. Each time, Kelly Sutliff has been my Service Advisor and Nick Rafanan has been the Mechanic working on the truck. After several times having to bring the same vehicle back for service, I normally would not be too pleased. But Kelly never gave me the option of not being satisfied. After the very first visit, she knew my name, she knew what issues there were with the truck, and the scheduling of appointments was not based on when the shop had openings. It was based on whenever was convenient for me. Complete satisfaction was the only option that she was going to allow me to leave with. And how she keeps her upbeat mood given the 20 directions I watched her being pulled in continuously while I was there, is something that is truly amazing. Now many mechanics would not appreciate having a customer watching over their shoulder while they work. Nick was quite the opposite. I was curious to see what he was doing and how he was removing different parts of the interior of the truck. He not only allowed me to observe, but he took the time to explain each of his steps as well as educated me on many of the changes (and reasons behind them) that this 2010 Silverado had vs. my previous 2001 Silverado. There really is only one reason that a customer would continue to come back to a specific dealership (in my case, it has been 22 years now). It isn't gimmicks, it isn't low priced advertisements with a lot of small print. It is because personnel such as these two really do care about making their customers completely satisfied and will do whatever it takes to make that happen. More

Every time I walk into mcklusky they have smiling faces and are very helpful. They answer all my needs and questions. What can I say about McCluskey Chevrolet? I guess the fact that we have dealt with them for the last 17 years says a lot. They take the time to explain everything about the car and the financing. We have never been steered wrong. Everyone I have dealt with there has been very friendly and knowledgeable. I know I will get the best deal possible without even asking. And the service is impeccable. When I need something done, all I have to do is call Mike Kelsey and he will set something up for me, almost immediately, and he so kindly takes my car in for me and brings it back when they are finished, which has always been in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. We have been very happy with all aspects of dealing with McCluskey Chevrolet and will continue to make more purchases from them in the future. More

Bob Burnett was thoroughly professional and his expertise in knowing what we wanted and needed made getting a new car "stress free" for us. We ended up with a Chevrolet Traverse and his instructions on "how to operate EVERYTHING" after we acquired it have made driving our car enjoyable. I love the hands-free calling and navigation......had Bob not introduced and explained all of the features, I would never have read instructions to actually use these features. He was friendly (even throughout all our many questions), took whatever time we needed and has followed up with us to ensure our satisfaction. Bob's a great salesman - as you can tell - we ended up with a Chevrolet and that was not what we started out to do!!! We're happy with our new car!!! More

I was looking for a car for appx 2 weeks. Dreading the prospect of going in to actually buy a car. I received an email from Ken Frakes on my birthday. It was just what I needed to get me in. His was t prospect of going in to actually buy a car. I received an email from Ken Frakes on my birthday. It was just what I needed to get me in. His was the only Birthday email I got this year. So I decided to give it a try. I went in on Jan 1. I was in and out in about 4 hours. Not that time included me being rude, dry and honestly not a nice person at all. He put up with my bad attitude, dryness and plain dislike of sales reps. I told him of my wants, needs and payment amounts I would pay for a car. i typically buy on notes. He smiled and just told said, "Work with me and let me see what i can do for you." I did not believe that I would get bought. Surprise! I did. A 2006 Malibu SS! It is the sexiest car I have ever owned. I feel like a princess in it. Ken took time to search his inventory and after so many "No's" from me, we finally found a few, but I settled on the Malibu SS. We had to travel to another location to get it. Well, I tell you. Had it not been for his tenacity I would have given up and bought a hooptie just to get around the sales experience. Once I settled on the car the work really began. Or so I thought. In less than 30 minutes he came back and told me that the bank bought me. I smiled and thanked him and waited to do the paperwork. What Ken does not know is that after he left me in his office i went over to the window cried as I looked up and Thanked my God for sending me that day. I also thanked God for Ken's atttitude as I said before I wasnt very nice. Ken is the type of sales rep that I appreciate very much. He will have my business the next time I need a vehicle.
