I experience poor communication from the night service manager on serveral items. I contacted the dealer General Manager to let him know of my dissatifaction. I was also contacted by the President of th manager on serveral items. I contacted the dealer General Manager to let him know of my dissatifaction. I was also contacted by the President of the dealership group. They were both very apologetic and did everything in their power to correct the situation. The responsiveness of both the GM and President means we will likely be coming back to this dealership. More

I came to McCluskey Chevrolet to get an oil change. I was very pleased to know that they would be able to get my car serviced after my evening classes. When I arrived the gentleman who checked me in was extr very pleased to know that they would be able to get my car serviced after my evening classes. The times I was in for service thet drove with me to assure that they knew exactly what I was meaning. then after they fixed it they went back out with me to assure me it was fixed to my satisfaction. They have gone above what ever the Saturn dealer I went to did. I am now a true Chevy customer. I have never met with a sales staff. but if they are anything like the service department they will have my business. Our family was searching for a used vehicle that would comfortably seat 5 people and had to be economical on gas.
