I am frustrated and angry about the service on my vehicle. I have had my car for 4 years, brought it for regular service, oil changes and repairs to McCluskey in a timely manner. After bringing the vehicle. I have had my car for 4 years, brought it for regular service, oil changes and repairs to McCluskey in a timely manner. After bringing the car in for an oil change July 12, I found that the anti-freeze was empty. I was told the antifreeze isn't checked during oil changes. Subsequently I had to rent a vehicle and was told I needed a hose and filter, and perhaps two tires. I was told they had the parts and I would have the car Wednesday. Now I have received an alert that my rear tire is flat, which it wasn't flat when I brought it in last Friday. I was told that they didn't have the hose the car needed so I wouldn't have the car Wednesday and that they would need to drive the car first before I could get the car. I would like to know how the rear tire went flat, when wasn't flat last Friday when I brought it in, why the part wasn't available when I was told it was at the dealership and why the fluid wasn't noticed to be low at the time of the oil change. More

We have a brand new car with issues already!! We put $10k down trusting this one and now this?! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! They just wanted and needed to make the sale. STAY AWAY!!!
