Phenomenal Experience from beginning to end! We saw a truck listed on carguru and I sent a message and Erica immediately got back with me. Erica emailed me promptly and answered all my questions! We saw a truck listed on carguru and I sent a message and Erica immediately got back with me. Erica emailed me promptly and answered all my questions! When we decided to take a look at this vehicle, I just called Erica and she patched me through to Andrew. (I thought Erica would be my salesperson as she was incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient! ) Andrew and I chatted about the vehicle and then when I was ready to make an appointment to see the vehicle, I was introduced to Mitch Ginesi who was my salesperson! All this was done via email and a phone call! How simple! When we arrived at our appointment time, Mitch was ready for us and took us directly to the vehicle I had inquired about! And he had it in the showroom (with a bow on it) where we could look at it inside (it was cold and windy out). Wow, talk about the special treatment (although I am sure he treats all his customer's like this! 😊 We test drove the truck, made a deal and then went to to go over warranty, financing with a wonderfully friendly, professional named Jessica! By the time we were done with her (she is incredibly fast and it was a short and painless visit! 🤣) Mitch has the temp tags on our truck and after an overview, we were on our way to a wonderful restaurant Mitch suggested! He is like a dictionary! You ask him . . . he has the answer! Truly a wonderful experience! Please stop and ask for Mitch if you are shopping for a vehicle.
