Lied to, manipulated, and treated like a piece of xxxx!! Other than their use of manipulation, blaming each other for items not revieled about the contracts details, and once they run you through the importa Other than their use of manipulation, blaming each other for items not revieled about the contracts details, and once they run you through the important signatures so you don't catch all details, then they want to argue separately especially since you can't keep them together for more then two seconds, about who was in charge of who was supposed to tell me we weren't eligelable for the 4000dollar trade in that they promised on the sign and all the way until I had to find it out myself! And then they all : Finance guy with slicked back hair said ( I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY. PATRICK THE SALES GUY WAS SUPOSED TO TELL YOU THAT(CREDIT ACCEPTANCE) YOUR FINANCE COMPANY DOSENT DO THE 4000 FOR TRADE IN PERIOD!.) When I asked Patrick the sales rep he said(Well the finance guy(slicked back hair guy) was SUPOSED TO TELL you all the detailes about the financing of the car including trade in value, taxes as well as ending balance after taxes and possible projected costs of all the registration. And we'll not finishing but to top it all off , well if you want to even hear more I don't have enough time or page space to complain now cus I got to go to work but Walter is a heartless soul that needs help cus he thinks of himself better than all of us underclass.Walter is the head sales rep for macloskie moters truck town. Drives silver or lite colored volvo 4 door. More
