Amazing customer service Pat Spall was the first to greet me. His Firm hand shake and eye contact made me feel welcomed. It was almost as if we already knew one another. They will do everything to get you to buy the vehicle but after the sale is complete they don't seem to care about your questions or concerns Very disappointed. Sally Rodriguez. More
will make all kinds of promises to sell you a car. I purchased a 2013 Yukon Denali from McCloskey Truck Town on April 5th 2018. During the initial test drive I tried the DVD player because I have a lar I purchased a 2013 Yukon Denali from McCloskey Truck Town on April 5th 2018. During the initial test drive I tried the DVD player because I have a large family and we specifically were looking to purchase a vehicle with a DVD player. We weren't even looking at vehicles that didn't contain one, that's how important this was to us. It accepted the DVD but skipped like the movie was scratched. When I tried to eject the disk it would not eject correctly. Once the disk was ejected it was scratched. I was promised at this point that they would get it fixed within the service department and if they were unable to do it there they would send it to Car Toys. This was the one reason I went forward with the purchase and received a We Owe form stating they would have the service department look at the issue and we would go from there. I was also told the the service department would contact me to schedule an appointment. 3 weeks passed and I had to call to schedule appointment to take it to service on April 28 2018. When I arrived and told them the issue they said I had to go to Car Toys since they do not have the ability to check on those. I took it to Car Toys and they told me they can't fix that and that the best solution was to replace the whole thing. They quoted the replacement and sent the estimate to McCloskey service center. I was then told that the service center would have to send the estimate to a supervisor for approval and they would let me know the verdict the following Monday April 30th. I again received no phone call as was promised. And I called them on Tuesday the 1st. When I called they didn't have the information and told me me they would have to call me on Wednesday. This time they called only to tell me that they would not fix the issue due to the cost as it was a promise to only check on the issue. I went and talked to the sales person at McCloskey on May 2nd and they said that the We Owe was only to check on the issue and that they would not replace it but would try and get a dealer price for the replacement parts. When I told them that was unsatasfactory I was told they would talk to the manager and call me and let me know what they decided. There still has been no phone call. I even went in today, May 3rd, and was told the manager who was supposed to be in at noon was in a meeting and the salesperson had yet to talk to him. This was after 3pm. The We Owe that was promised to me expires 30 days after the sale. I believe they are just talking in circles to get the We Owe to experiation. It has been constant hoops to jump through and managerial evasions. Again, we never would have purchased this vehicle if it didn't have a working DVD player. It has ruined three of our DVD's before we just gave up trying. It was decided we couldn't even use that vehicle for a road trip up to visit family since there was only one parent going and no entertainment for four young boys. More
