I came to McCarthy-Morse Chevrolet with my father in hopes to buy my first new vehicle. I brought my dad because I had recently gone to a few other dealers in the area and I felt very uncomfortable wit hopes to buy my first new vehicle. The salemen were too aggressive to get a sale right then and there, and never took the time to really find out what I wanted and needed, and none of them asked about what I was trying to accomplish financially. I was already intimidated by the whole process (being my first vehicle purchase from a dealer), I was worried about being bullied into a purchase or ripped off on price, and I found myself talking with dealership employees that seemed to have one-track minds. As my father and I arrived at McCarthy-Morse Chevrolet, we were warmly greeted by salesperson Brian Lepic, who quickly demonstrated that things were going to be different at his dealership. Everything about the dealership seemed different from the others. The salepeople that were not helping me were very friendly and even offered to get my father and I bottled waters or coffee. Brian asked a million questions...which is not a bad thing. He asked questions that I was not ready to answer, because none of the other salespeople I spoke with asked them and they were things I had not even thought of. He seemed genuinely interested in knowing about me in ways that were going to make vehicle selection and purchase not only fitting to me and my lifestyle, but also affordable to my budget. I knew that even if I did not get exactly the price I was hoping for, that I was going to buy a car from Brian. We left that day without buying a car, however. Mostly because my perspective on what I wanted and needed in a vehicle changed so much from when I began my search. I had a whole new perspective on what was available to me and fitting for me. I had to basically rethink everything, for which I am now grateful. Even my dad was impressed, and he has decades of experience buying new cars. So, I decided on what vehicle was right for me and I went back to McCarthy-Morse...this time, I felt comfortable to show up with out help from my father. I asked for Brian when I got there, but I was told it was his day off (I should have called ahead of time). I left immediately and called Brian in attempt to set up a future date to purchase. To my surprise, Brian refused to set the future appointment and met me at the dealership about 30 minutes later. I was blown away! Without a doubt, this sealed the deal for all future business. The only way I will not be buying a car from McCarthy-Morse Chevrolet is if Brian Lepic is selling cars somewhere else. From initial greeting, to the demonstration of features on my new Equinox, Brian was a consummate professional. He and his dealership are highly recommended. You owe it to yourself to at least spend 30 minutes with him before you buy a car somewhere else. More

Erik Is very knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt pressured looking for my new vehicle. I initially went in thinking I was going to buy a used car to save some money. He asked me a lot of questions pressured looking for my new vehicle. I initially went in thinking I was going to buy a used car to save some money. He asked me a lot of questions about what I was looking for and quickly showed me a handful of cars that fit the bill. He helped me understand the key differences between the cars he showed me to help me with my decision. He pointed out that I could get into a new Chevy Malibu for a similar price. We took both the used and the new cars out for a lengthy test drive. I ended up with the new Chevy and have loved it ever since. Best vehicle purchase I have ever made and I will definitely look for Erik the next time I am looking for a new car! More
