There is always the element of negotiations that takes place in the purchase of a pre-owned (first purchase), or new vehicle (second purchase), but the staff and management handled it with professionalism, courtesy, and without manipulation both times. Both parties must win in a negotiation and save face and they facilitated that process effectively. While searching for a vehicle with specific features, I visited another local Dodge dealer and did not have the same experience. After 2 visits to try and buy a truck, I left and drove straight to Lees Summit Dodge and purchased a truck that same evening! The staff and management even stayed after hours a significant amount of time to accommodate me without hesitation. Next time I am in the market for a vehicle, I will visit them again. More
