I could have easily gone to another service provider to have these upgrades added and they would been installed at a significantly cheaper rate. Passed experiences that I have had with the John's expertise was the reason I brought it back to the Dealership to have these upgrades done there. John does quality work and is great at explaining what was done and what could have caused the issue requiring service repair. Thanks John!!! More

November 2013 Les worked with us to buy a new Ram truck and his professionalism was nothing short of top notch. Mike has been extremely helpful and excellent to work with in the service area over the last 15 months and his wisdom is far above so many his field. Yesterday, even though we had taken the Ram in for the oil change program and had not expected to buy a different vehicle, I questioned Mark about a Durango only because we have had some drastic family health issues come up since the Ram purchase and will need more room for grandkids and flexibility as we deal with the ongoing health issues and the Ram was a regular cab. We left the dealership once again with the Durango and very satisfied of the excellent customer service shown us by Mark and Robert in finance! We had our 4 month old grandson with us, as this was only to be an oil change and who doesn't love a baby, but the staff was genuine in their attention to the baby and our comfort, and we cut to the end of the deal without all the dealer BS you get in most places! I could go on and on, in a screwed up world of rude and inconsiderate people, this dealership has been recommended by us on many occasions and will continue to be our favorite dealership. We have been offered a finders fee, and don't know how many if any of the recommendations we have made have paid off to this dealership, but in all honesty when you are treated with courtesy and respect, those employees deserve that fee in their pocket more than anyone!! They really are awesome and honestly care and enjoy serving the customer!!!!!!! God Bless the whole dealership!!!!!!! More
