Thought I would reach out to you about how I was treated by your dealership. I had been working with Derek McGowan on a used 2013 Ram Megacab and we had come to a deal over the phone since I live in Overland park I did not want to make several trips out to Lee's Summit if I didn't need to. Derek and I agreed on a price and made a deal. He told me he just needed me to come in either that night or the next day. I told him I would be there first thing the next morning and was. I arrived to the dealer ship at 8:15am and was greeted by a text message from Derek that said they sold my truck last night! How could they sell a truck that we had a deal on? Why was I told that we had a deal then the truck I wanted was sold to someone else? If I had know that your dealership would sell it out from under me I would have given Derek a deposit to hold it, but he told me we had a deal and to just come in and sign. So sad that a mans word isn't good anymore and this is how your dealership treats customers. Just thought you would like to know how your customers are being treated. More

Went over the Top Les Saunders contacted me from Lee Summit Jeep. I have been looking at 4 state area to find the vehicle I wanted and he found it. They had one at the Les Saunders contacted me from Lee Summit Jeep. I have been looking at 4 state area to find the vehicle I wanted and he found it. They had one at the dealership that was almost everything I wanted and it was marked down to $32,643. He went above and beyond to look for what I wanted and found and called me. We just couldn't come to terms on pricing. I'm a veteran and they are very veteran friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership.
