I understand that it is first come first serve in the auto business but why continue the buying process with one customer when it is already in progress with another. It is very frustrating and bad business practice when a customer is expecting a call back regarding the vehicle in a time sensitive manner and never receives a call back. More

Terrible responsiveness. Bought a vehicle that then required service in less than 30 days due to a check-engine error.
