Amazing experience!!! I had no intention of turning in my CX-5 lease early but received a notification from Mazda that I was entitled to do so. I called the dealership and I had no intention of turning in my CX-5 lease early but received a notification from Mazda that I was entitled to do so. I called the dealership and spoke to Charles Epting Jr and from the get go was treated so kindly. I was interested in a 2020 CX-30 and Charles and I went over a few possibilities. I decided on Saturday to check out the vehicle which I had never seen. Well I just fell in love and ended up driving off with my perfectly beautiful new SUV. The whole process was seamless from Charles to management. I would like to specifically complement the GM Chris Littlepage for his care and concern. I knew what I wanted to spend and somehow Chris could read my mind. It was a win win for both of us. This is my second lease from Wesley Chapel and I have really found a home. I was shopping between three different Mazda dealers in my area for the CX-5 GT Reserve. Charlie and Chris at Wesley Chapel Mazda worked a deal I felt pretty good about. One of the other dealers in the are my area for the CX-5 GT Reserve. Charlie and Chris at Wesley Chapel Mazda worked a deal I felt pretty good about. One of the other dealers in the area had guaranteed they could beat any deal given. But even though they offered me nearly $400 more off than Chris, that couldn’t make up for the great interaction and comfortable feeling I had with Wesley Chapel Mazda. It’s worth paying a bit more to feel recognized and respected as a customer. They were friendly upon meeting me in person after only prior phone contact, and Charlie was very thorough and knowledgeable in covering all bases; from my trade in, through the financing, and ultimately, familiarizing me with my new vehicle. It was everything I wanted and more. Chris had told me on the initial call with him that he really wanted to earn my business. Although this dealership is farther away from my home, I have no second thoughts! I’m a big fan and will let my friends and family know what a great place to do business this dealership is. BUT at Mazda Wesley Chapel, I experienced WONDERFUL customer service from the moment I walked in and was greeted by my salesman, Charlie Epting Jr., to the moment I was handed the keys to my 2020 Mazda3. It was a VERY refreshing change in my experience compared to other dealerships I had visited. Everyone I interacted with at this location was friendly, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, eager to make me happy and earn my business, and an overall pleasure to work with. It was quite the hassle-free process, and one I am VERY happy with. I felt taken care of and appreciated as a loyal Mazda customer. I wasn't pressured to make a rushed decision or pushed to go with anything other than *what I wanted*. This staff went above and BEYOND on VARIOUS accounts to make it happen for me and I couldn't be more happy with my experience AND my new vehicle!!!!
