This is how you know! Stopped by the dealership to look at a used car for my son (3rd and last!). I must tell you that in a past life I was a used car wholesaler. First thing I notice was that I was given ample space and time to browse. Not your average setting/attitude for a dealership! Mark introduced himself and gladly showed me what I was looking for. Pleasant, Professional and Helpful. Realize that I was looking at the least expensive car in the lot. I say this because as I notice other customers arriving (after the test drive, while inspecting the vehicle) I mentioned to Mark that there was probably a higher commission with these customers and that I would not mind waiting. Mark refused and made himself available for the entire process. Now, this is how you know class, customer service, attention to detail, training and dedication to your customer base: EVERY team member in the dealership was outstanding. Everyone that I came in contact with gave you the feeling that they were there for You, NOT for the deal. So I would like to thank and congratulate the entire team. From Mark, the receptionist, Pamela, the service manager and Chris. You can always work on the "deal" but you'd have a hard time finding a better team of people to take care of you thru the process. Frankly, i had my eyes on two other comparable SUVs and went shopping around. By chance, we drove by MAZDA of Wesley Chapel and my nephew suggested we stop and seek a pallpark quote.
