I went into the MWC dealership looking into buying a used car I was eyeing online but somebody beat me to it. Charlie saved the day by introducing me to the world of car leasing. He and his boss offered me a deal but I didn't want to decide right away so I told them that I needed to sleep on it. They asked me to take the new car home for the night which I think was nice. After a good amount of research and a little bit of wiggling with the initial deal, we decided to go for it. The next day, I filled up an online form which I think helped speed up the process during the signing at the dealership because everything was already prepared for. Charlie and the finance guy were accommodating to all my questions. The last step was Charlie setting up the settings of the car for me. He helped explain all the new features from safety, infotainment system, maintenance, warranty, etc. Everything being said of him here in the Dealer Rater is true! He goes above and beyond in helping me understand all the features of my new car. I truly appreciate his help and patience. Thank you Charlie and MWC! More
