Michael made the entire buying process so easy and smooth, he even took us on a test drive in a Hyundai from the sister dealership next door. We ended up buying a CX-9 and I LOVE IT! What an amazing experience. My hubsand and I went to this dealership yesterday afternoon, in what I thought was just going to be another waste of time. I had already been to so mnay dealerships where the cus dealership yesterday afternoon, in what I thought was just going to be another waste of time. I had already been to so mnay dealerships where the customer service was terrible. Needless to say, I had an incredible experience. I had read the reviews on Jack Perisi and was impressed so I made sure that I worked with him only. Turns out, he only works part time 1 day during the week and it was fate that he was there yesterday without scheduling an appt. Also, Chris Yates was great too. After his first offer, we both budged and agreed on a monthly amount we were both happy with. I ended up getting the EXACT car that I wanted and was overall extremely happy with my experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and suggest anyone to call ahead and schedule and appt with Jack Perisi. With his calm demeanor and such a great willingness to help and make sure that I was always happy, you cant go with anyone else. Thanks for such a great experience and car!!!! More

I am happy to say that my experience at Wesley Chapel Mazda was the best I've had in years. Allen, AKA Superman, was the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. My wife and Mazda was the best I've had in years. Allen, AKA Superman, was the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. My wife and I went in there and traded in our two old cars and bought two new cars. I felt bad for the rest of the crew, as we decided to go in at 8pm when they were closing. But instead of saying were closed, these guys kept the doors open until we were able to make a deal. Allen was kind enough to give me a ride home and even buy me a cup of coffee. This guy is the best of the best, I recommend Allen and the whole Wesley Chapel staff just because they didn't give us the pressure a lot of dealerships gave us. We had been shopping around for weeks and we finally found a dealership that treats us with respect and kindness. The pricing was fair, the cars are great, there is a good selection and the service is outstanding. Allen went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed including giving us the mats from the Mazda 3 that were missing. Allen, you're the man! We love the cars, we're happy with the service and we don't feel cheated like we normally feel when leaving a dealership.
