This is the third Mazda we have bought from this dealership and working with Mike and Jason was the best experience we have had in all our car buying experience there. We traded in my 2009 Mazda 5 f dealership and working with Mike and Jason was the best experience we have had in all our car buying experience there. We traded in my 2009 Mazda 5 for the CX 5. The model is pretty new, but Mike knew all the ins and outs and even helped me sync my phone to the car. I am not very "techy" so that was a nice touch for me. We have always taken our vehicles there for service and have been very happy. There seems to be a new friendlier attitude there, VERY HELPFUL and not pushy! Jason was very helpful with the financing, which we appreciated! We had to wait awhile because he was the only finance person there, but you have to expect that on a Saturday, however they made us comfortable and Mike even gave me his soda! I bought the CX 5 because I wanted something comfortable and fun to drive with good gas mileage because of my long commute and so far I love it! Thanks guys! Chris was very reassuring, informative and addressed my concerns. Jason was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to find a loan I was comfortable with so I could buy the car that I wanted. (This was no easy task!!!) Although there are other Mazda dealers closer to where I live, it was worth driving 30 miles to find such wonderful personalized attention at the Mazda in Wesley Chapel. I was very impressed with the staff and think people should check it out for themselves. More

I had looked for the best deal for my budget for weeks. They were very willing to work out a sale that met with satisfaction for me and for their business. Thus far I've made two calls in to speak to Mr. Mike Beach regarding the vehicle and he has been most helpful and friendly. When I went to buy my Mazda Miata I thought, honestly, that I was going to be trading in my '07 Miata that I also purchased from this dealership, as a lateral trade, just getting a 2012. It was beyond my surprise to find that Kelly was putting me in not only a 2012 but the top of the line Miata with all the bells & whistles for the price I wanted. She was upfront, honest and straight forward from the beginning and I can tell you that having that kind of experience is by far not the norm at other dealerships. Nathan and Jason were also quite the surprise. Both worked with me to make the sale at the payment I needed. We all know salespeople, but I'm telling you that anyone who wants to have a terrific buying experience with honest people with no sales BS, you need to go to Mazda in Wesley Chapel. I went on my lunch break to buy my car and within one and a half hours I was driving back to work with my brand new 2012 Grand Touring Miata. Thank you guys! More
Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Absolutely NO pressure and they were very patient (even after closing). They did not try to push me in either direction they just wanted to make sure I understood all my options for my best interest. They gave me more for my trade-in then any of the other dealers I visited as well as the best price on the car I wanted. There is a reason they sell so many cars a month - there people! They are NOT the stereotypical car salesmen. They genuinely care and want to make sure everything is in your best interest so that you will be happy! As long as I live in Florida I will never buy a car from anyone else. More

I purchased a black Mazda 3, 4door I touring with moon roof and bose music system all for a reasonable price no other dealership I talked to would provide. They were prompt at answering questions via email and they didn't pressure me to buy a car that wasn't a fit for me. I would recommend this buying experience to everyone, very down to earth people that won't treat you like your a number in line. If you do visit them, bring them gifts they're that deserving of your time. More

I got a 2012 Mazda3 Grand I Touring with Skyavtive, and I love the car. They also were able to get me a great deal that beat any other advertised price, even those on truecar, and Kelly was more straight forward on price than any other dealer I contacted online. They were also able to secure my financing for me, doing all the work and still going through my preferred credit union lender, getting a fantastic rate. I love my car and this dealer so much I will definitely try to go back when I eventually replace this car; although I expect that to be a long time from now. In the meantime I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kelly Plumer & Mazda of Wesley Chapel to anyone looking for a new car. More
