I am the type of customer that stays loyal to those that show how much they appreciate my business. Long story short, I purchased an Elantra 2013 in Nov of 2012 from my local Hyundai dealership in Wesley Chapel, FL from Joe Williams. Joe got me a fantastic deal and was more than helpful. This was my first car purchase in over 10 years of a new car. The whole experience was more than wonderful. I mean really wonderful … they made me feel like I was family. A few months later, I had to bring my car in for a problem I had been having with my Blue Tooth. I was told that it was an issue that hadn't been determined by the main Hyundai Corporation. I was heart broken, upset over the flaw in my brand new car. Joe and Ron (The Main Man) decided they were not going to let this event dampen my feelings about having a new car. The dealerships offered to buy the car back and finance another brand-new car to rectify the situation. Only this second car was better than my first new car. This new car was an Elantra Coupe 2013 with bucket seats and twin pipes. Here comes the best part … they financed me for a low 7.0 APR! The reason why this situation was so amazing was because the first new car I bought, I needed co-signer. On the second new car I was able to be on the loan all by myself for the same exact payment as the first new car! Yes! But, it gets better. So, I was over excited and drove my Elantra Coupe super happy that not only did my Blue Tooth now work, but I had all of the extra goodies for the same price. The next day I received a phone call from the dealership to come by to finish up a few things. No biggie - I figured. When I got to the dealership everyone was smiles, as I was. When I spoke with Ron (The Main Man) he told me to brace myself. I was terrified, thinking the bank kicked my loan back. Nope, the bank gave me an even lower APR of 3.9%. Since purchasing the first new car in Nov and making two payments, the bank decided to finance without the need of a co-signer. My credit score had improved dramatically. This was the reason for the extra paperwork. I am totally happy with my entire experience and would recommend Wesley Chapel, FL Hyundai to EVERYONE! This was by far my best experience at a car dealership. I decided it was time to trade in my 2005 Pilot. I was greeted outside and shown a variety of used cars. I fell in love with a Mazda CX9. The car looke decided it was time to trade in my 2005 Pilot. I was greeted outside and shown a variety of used cars. I fell in love with a Mazda CX9. The car looked brand new and was an excellent price. I drove home the same day. They even called me back on Monday to tell me that they found a better finance rate than they had originally quoted me. I was ecstatic. I will only buy cars from Wesley Chapel Mazda from now on!! Also, all the sales and finance personnel were a pleasure to work with and treated me with respect. More

As our kids got bigger, we needed a little more back seat space, traded the Elentra for a 2012 Sonata - black - "black beauty", not a beauty by any stretch, issue with power steering after 1100 miles, car was all over the road, a/c would blow hard intermittantly. Owned it a week, husband travels for work to Miami, on the way back he could hardly keep it on the road. GM and AGM of wesley chapel hyundai, and Barry in service, were exceptional. They got us into, the car pictured below the Elentra, "RUBY" and she has thus far been a gem. I will say be leary of Finance, not the nicest folks, and not the most honest. However, this dealership did stand behind their vehicle, and we will continue to recommend WCH to friends, as well as remain loyal Hyundai owners. BTW. our RUBY was built in Alabama, USA... gotta love that. Alan sold us the car, and I would buy from him agai More
My wife and I were looking to purchase a 2013 Mazdaspeed3. After talking to our local dealer I decided to reach out to Mazda at Wesley Chapel for a more competative price. I was promtly contacted by Mike and was told he could most likely make the deal I was looking for happen. By that afternoon he informed me it was a go, the only issue was that they did not have the car in the color and options I wanted. Not only did Mike and everyone at Mazda of Wesley Chapel help us out, they went far beyond what they needed to make this happen. Their business manager contacted the 3 dealerships in the state of FL that had what we were looking for to attempt to get the car for us. Within 48 hours he had a car lined up for us and it was at the dealership the next day ready for us to pick up. Even though they went through a bit of trouble securing the car for us they honored the original deal that we started with. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service that Mike and everyone gave us. Even though Mazda of Wesley Chapel is an hour a way from our home we will continue to shop for cars with them for the years to come. Just bought our second car from Wesley Chapel Hyundai. 2013 Santa Fe Sport 2.0t Black w/ Saddle interior (first one this dealership had seen). Our first car (traded for Santa Fe) from here back in Decembe 2013 Santa Fe Sport 2.0t Black w/ Saddle interior (first one this dealership had seen). Our first car (traded for Santa Fe) from here back in December 2010, was a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited (Also, it was the first of that model the dealership had seen). Both times, the car we wanted was not available, at this location. However they were able to find one, and have it for us in under 24 hours. Every bit of service done on the Elantra, had been performed by Wesley Chapel Hyundai. Every visit to the dealership has been a good experience, sales and service. I can't recommend Hyundai of Wesley Chapel enough. More

The Sales Person Candice was extremely helpful and made sure we were getting our answers we needed to make a decision. The entire process when just as smooth when we got to the dealership, pleasant and friendly, quick processing and car was spotless. All went so well we decided to go back the following Saturday and buy a second car from this dealership. The price was the best in Tampa Bay! and the facilty and people were equally the "best". Make sure you ask for Candice when you visit. More
This was the best experience my mother could have asked for. My mom is a four time cancer survivor and needed a new car. After months of Chemo and getting back on her feet she needed a new car. She had gone to one dealer ship earlier in the week and got the typical used car sales pitch and was about to over pay and bye the wrong car for her. I brought my mother to Hyundai of Wesley Chapel on Saturday and it was the best experience she and I could have ever asked for. From the management to our sales professional Rick Reynolds down to Scott in Finance the whole experience was a 10/10. They went above and beyond find out what was important to my mother and her needs and found her the perfect car at the right price. Thank you so much More
Basically I came in to buy a Veloster for my son. We were told on the phone that we would get th best price from this dealership. Casandra was a pleasure to work, very kind and we could really tell that she told on the phone that we would get th best price from this dealership. She was negotiating with her manager to get at the price we wanted to be. Finally after a couple back and forths her sales manager Ron came out to basically tell us the numbers we wanted to be at was not going to happen. So we did end up agreeing on a price, however the only reason we bough the car is because Casandra worked so diligently in answering our questions and doing everything she could to get us the best deal possible. I am an older gentleman. I do understand she is a woman, and in the car industry but the way her manager Ron treated her was horrible. He sat down in her chair while she stood up, after rudely telling her I'm going to sit here. I got out of my chair to offer this young woman a seat and she declined very respectfully. The way he spoke to her was not how anyone should be talked to. I was very disappointed to see an employee, let alone a female being treated that way. Finance guy was great but tried to sell me everything under the moon. I would not buy from this dealer again, although I felt I got not a bad deal,met now a great deal. I only purchased because the saleswoman Casandra was again just that a great saleswoman. Otherwise, I would have gotten up and walked. More
We bought a used car (7 years old) from Joe for our teenage son. We were concerned that the A/C wasn't working properly so they gave us a 30 day warranty on the A/C. Within a day or so, we found out that the A/C was in fact not cooling like it should. We gave Joe a call and he said bring it in and they would take care if it. John in service was very professional and said they would run the diagnostics to see what they needed to do to fix it. They found out it needed several parts and a lot of labor (they had to remove the dash) but they took care of everything without any additional expense to us. The car now looks and runs great and we can't say enough about the quality of customer service we received from this dealership. This is the kind of service I would expect if we were buying a brand new car under warranty, but this was a 7 year old used car! They will be first on my list when we are ready to buy another car and will use their service department for all our car service needs. Thank you Hyundai of Wesley Chapel for a wonderful car buying (and service) experience. We will be back! More
