Wonderful experience, Charlie and the Mazda team made everything easy and we got the car we wanted. Over a month ago I took my truck in for service for a check engine light. I was able to check the codes myself and saw they were related to a letter I received from Chevrolet and was to be covered for u check engine light. I was able to check the codes myself and saw they were related to a letter I received from Chevrolet and was to be covered for up to 125,000 miles or 10 years. Neither of which my truck has reached. When I dropped my vehicle off I questioned the service writer and he assured me they would check. Then they called to tell me what was needed for the repair and I questioned them again about the special Chevrolet warranty. I was told it was not covered and I had to pay for the repair. After paying I contacted Chevrolet who in turn contacted the dealer to correct them. Then the dealer called me in so they could scan my truck again to process the refund. I paid with a credit card but was told they would send me a refund check in the mail and it would take 2 to 3 weeks. I still don't understand why my credit card was not credited back. It has been a month since I paid $1600 for repairs that were covered by warranty and they have yet to refund me my money. Not sure if the entire company runs this way but I feel like there is absolutely no customer care. More
