Very friendly staff as well as knowledgible. I am happy with this dealership so far in my Mazda journey at Mazda of Milford. I just hope that as mileage builds up that they remain the same and not start charging me for work that is not needed. Dealerships have a tendency to try to make a lot of money for work that is truly not necessary, and that is the reason people for the most part dread taking their cars for service at dealerships. I truly hope that I continue to have a good experience here so I can continue to bring my car here. More

Awesome! It was the best car buying experience ever!! In the past I dreaded going to car dealerships because the salesperson would show me what he wanted to sell raher than what I was looking to buy. Service department needs improvement First of note is Bill in the service department was a tremendous help in determining the source of the issue. He was the only one who took the time to First of note is Bill in the service department was a tremendous help in determining the source of the issue. He was the only one who took the time to listen. There was an issue beginning 1 month after leasing a brand new cx-5, that was brought up at the first oil change. The car would randomly shut off and the engine would have to be restarted each time. I was met with resistance and doubt regarding this issue from the onset. I was told no problem was found when they inspected the car. The issue kept occurring and when I called about it again and asked to have it checked out, I again was met with hesitation and total disregard for the issue, being told if they “can’t replicate the issue” then how would they be able to diagnosis the problem. I brought it in and thanks to Bill, who did a thorough inspection of the engine, found the issue that was causing my car to stall and shut off intermittently. This issue should have been caught the first time I brought it in, 1 month after starting my lease. I was told that there is no way to prove the issue was present when I began my lease when in reality it most likely was. I now have a bill that I have to pay for an issue on a leased car that was likely present when I began the lease. I received condescending attitudes throughout the process and disbelief that the issue was in fact a real issue. I would proceed with caution when dealing with the service department as this probably could have been fixed from the onset if they had just believed their customer. More
