My salesperson, Keili was wonderful. She always returned my calls in a timely manner and answered all my questions. However, the dealership itself was lacking in many ways. First, I cont She always returned my calls in a timely manner and answered all my questions. However, the dealership itself was lacking in many ways. First, I contacted the dealership numerous times to obtain a copy of the current lease I had at the times. I never received a copy but was given many excuses as to why I didn’t get it. Next, the pick up day of my car kept getting delayed because the title was misplaced. This caused issues with my insurance and the next payment on my lease. I was told by Marwan that I could call my insurance agent and call the leading company to ask for an extension. I replied that I didn’t appreciate the extra work I was given for something I didn’t cause. Once again, Keili was great and help manage my frustrations. More
