They do not beat around the bush, and accommodate reasonable requests. Our deal closer was the finance manager, Jesus Riviera, who treated me with the utmost respect, explained every aspect of the deal, and went above and beyond to close the deal on the same day. am also grateful to Marwan, and Jaden, who were involved at various steps of the entire procedure. None of the staff is pushy, they address all your concerns carefully and take care of you. If you live in and around the New Haven area, and are going to any other Mazda for a new purchase, servicing, or any other product, these guys will outperform them and get you everything 10x better. That seemed like an excessive amount of time. Both myself and another customer went back to the service desk to ask what the hold up was. More
