All went South when I made an appointment with a salesperson and ask if he had a problem with a cash purchase on a new Mazda cx 50. Was not offered to look over the car, just went inside and started some paperwork with a salesperson who had just started selling cars. Needed to know where I worked, I'm retire and only work parttime, asked what my monthly income is when I said I paying cash! They tried to slip in ceramic coating for $1800 that was never ask for and said they would locate a car fitting the description that I wanted. After leaving the dealership my phone rings and I am told i don't need to come back but I need to pay them $1000 to locate the car using their app which cost an additional $30.Once home I am looking through some text and find out my appointment was for the next day. That was the first chance they had to help me but didn't. I really feel scammed in a way and so I canceled my order to try and cut my loses. I wanted it my way like I buy anything else. More
