Tyler Kelly sent out an email about 45 days prior to offer his assistance. Last week I finally stopped in to check out the different CX5s Mazda of Kent inventory. Marc honestly guided me to Tyler realizing he had prior contact for the lead. What a gentleman. He could’ve tried to jump to claim the potential sale but didn’t - selfless. There were many CX5s to choose from and I test drove four until I settled on one to negotiate a purchase. That’s when I realized I was dealing with a top notch organization. Never pressured by Tyler - i was exposed to Ron Delphia the finance business money guy who worked and reworked the numbers and banking finance sources. Professional and again - not a hint of pressure - he worked on my behalf to comfortably guide me to a common sense affordable decision. All the while Sales Manager Steve Colon was overseeing the progress with calm reassurance. I’ve been in sales all my life. I can sniff out manipulative pretentious sales actions in milliseconds. But that didn’t happen. It was refreshing to see a great team all working together to help me AND guide me. These guys are genuine. Professional. Helpful. Personable. Top notch. And most important?
