I was quoted by phone $199 for a transmission fluid change. I was expecting this plus tax. I was billed $235.95 plus miscellaneous charges with a total of $257.90. This was a disappointing experience. In addition to a 2.5 hour wait WITH an appointment, very few employees wore their masks properly and did not practice adequate social distancing.
