Took 4 days to replace a battery and brake pads. No status updates. Was told 2 days, maybe 3. Called back at end of 3rd day to confirm I could pick it up, since I had received no updates. Was told it would now be another day or two and that it wasn’t ready. I called back shortly after that to cancel the brake pads since they couldn’t have it ready and got a vm. I left one. Left another in the morning. Nobody answered my calls nor returned them. Quite curiously, when I had a male colleague call from a different phone number they not only answered the call...they also could now miraculously have it ready immediately. More

Signs everywhere “Wear a mask”. I saw 1 person, customer service rep, wearing a mask. I thought I was at a MAGA convention. Employees and customers alike wore no masks.
