Glenn was my salesman- he did a GREAT JOB! However, Raymond did nothing but, lie to me not once but, several times. I bought a car on 22nd and after signing papers-was told detailing depart. ruined my Raymond did nothing but, lie to me not once but, several times. Ended up getting a rental and they kept car bc he said they were going to fix Monday that I called in to ck. By Wed. NO calls saying car was fixed-Repair said part was not ordered until Wed.Fast forward I JUST PAID MY SALES TAX on a car I didn't have-they reminded me the 22nd will be 30 DAYS!!! YES..NEW CAR & THEY HAD IT FOR ALMOST 30 DAYS for a headliner with nothing but, excuses. I love paying a car payment on a car that I didn't have pocession of due to his lies. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. More

I was very please with my repair and recall. The young lady that was answering the phone needs a bonus. She answer over 50 calls the 4 hours I sat there. At the same time she got cussed out by a customer lady that was answering the phone needs a bonus. She answer over 50 calls the 4 hours I sat there. At the same time she got cussed out by a customer who could speak English very well, got yelled at by a couple mechanics, one who said he was going to her boss and asked tons of questions from people waiting. I worked over 40 years in hr. positions and can say I have never seen an employee handle it so well., Then the guy that worked with her finally got back from a long lunch break and chewed her out for having him paged at lunch. She told him again she didn’t but he finally broke her down into tears. She quietly went outside and cried. When she come back a few minutes later with a pretty smile she apologized to me. If anyone needed to apologize it was the smart mouth young man that come back from a long lunch break and yelled at her. He never once apologized to anyone and if he would have only been gone an hour she wouldn’t have had to be the one that was beat up by everyone. More
