The dealership was okay in terms of service. I did not like the layout. I had no clue where to go or where to drop off my car. Then, somebody finally came by to help me. After I dropped my car off, someone brought me into the waiting area. It was dirty and not very pleasing to sit in. The dealership part is okay, but the service waiting area was not great. After my car was finished, the technician came by to help me pay and check out, but he did not sit down with me and tell me about my car or anything (most dealerships will sit you down and tell you about their inspection of the car). When I went to pay, the technician said I could not get any deals because he had already put the receipt in the system. Honda is always helpful, and they are willing to give student discounts and discounts on parts or special deals on services right before you pay. I was not impressed with this Mazda dealership, nor was I impressed with the service. The technicians are nice, but not super friendly. I expected better service from a Mazda dealership because I have been to a few really good ones. I am very disappointed and will not be taking my car back to this dealership. More
