I have taken my vehicle there 3 different times for the same issue. I expressed MULTIPLE times that I'd like the technicians to diagnose any internal problems, even told then how black smoke is coming out same issue. I expressed MULTIPLE times that I'd like the technicians to diagnose any internal problems, even told then how black smoke is coming out of my exhaust. I was told 3 times it is "condensation" and nothing to worry about. Well I know there was something wrong. There is a difference between condensation and black smoke. So now I have yet another bill to take it somewhere else to get fixed the right way. $$$ spent and still not complete. Tmi felt as though they were telling me anything just to not actually put in work or diagnose the issues correctly. Okay customer service, but terrible work. More

The service is always pretty good but the flow of service has changed several times and it is not clear how it is supposed to work. Do I drive in to the garage? Wait under the overhang? I love the text process updates and the personalized videos showing the details of what my vehicle needs. However, the online scheduling portal doesn’t seem to be connected to the service staff because I always have to clarify what I am there for despite having entered that in the scheduling portal. More
