Buying a vehicle can sometimes be something of an ordeal. This was not the case at Tyrone Square Mazda; it was overall a positive experience. While our experience working with Amy and Jason last month was wonderful, the vehicle itself and the service department was anything but. Brand new CX 5, less than 500 miles on it and now having consta month was wonderful, the vehicle itself and the service department was anything but. Brand new CX 5, less than 500 miles on it and now having constant problems with it. Called and spoke with Jason earlier in the week, explained what was happening and he said it sounded like the computer didn’t update properly. Per his suggestion, called and scheduled an appointment with Matt in the service department. After inspecting the vehicle, he claimed everything was fine, had to stand there while Matt and another gentleman treated me as if I didn’t know how to work a computer! Upon leaving the dealership the issues started again!! Wipers didn’t work again, SiriusXM completely cuts out, says there’s no subscription, until of course you shut the car off and restart it. Same with the wipers, the headlights, the computer screen brightness!! They are all set on auto! Even if I check the settings while it’s happening it still tells me they’re all set to automatically adjust, come on etc. The physical are set to the same as well. Tonight after leaving the store, the a/c decided to lose its mind and suddenly turned on auto and fogged the windshield so badly I was unable to see to drive, there are now watermarks on the inside of my windshield from the condensation! I’ve already had the accelerator cut out a handful of times on top of all this. I now dread driving it at all. More
The people at Tyrone Mazda are all nice, in all areas. My experience trying to purchase a new 2020 CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve AWD. 5/16/20. My wife is a healthcare worker and was told by the salesman at Tyrone Square Mazda she qualified for the $1000 healthca Touring Reserve AWD. 5/16/20. My wife is a healthcare worker and was told by the salesman at Tyrone Square Mazda she qualified for the $1000 healthcare incentive we sent through her medical licenses three days prior and also three other Mazda dealers confirmed she qualified for this incentive while we were shopping prices we went to The dealership with our deal in writing they had my wife sitting in the car pairing her phone to the car and showing her all the features they want as far as to put our license plate on the back of the car when a manager came out of the store while the salesman was sitting in the car with my wife and said sorry she does not qualify for the healthcare worker incentive and the car would be $1000 more! Needless to say we had to pull the plate off the car and leave the dealership. My wife was very unhappy. They are either incompetent in their job or unethical and dishonest you decide. based on the fact that three other Mazda dealer say she qualifies leads me to believe the second they are dishonest. They were hoping that far down the line that we would just roll over and buy the car anyway for $1000 more. The old bait and switch! Upon getting home I called a couple other Mazda dealers I have one that's over 2 1/2 hours away that's going to deliver the same car to my door for only $100 more. More

I dealt with Jason the sales manager who was excellent and Dave a salesman who was wonderful and was my advocate in the dealership throughout the experience. I am very pleased with how they in no time turned my bad experience into an EXCELLENT ONE!! Thank You Tyrone Mazda you now have a loyal customer for life! I am livid, i visited the dealership yesterday and met with Hollis (sales guy). I found a car I liked but was not 100% so I left. After discussing with my family I called him back and let him know I would take the car for such and such a price he let me know he needed to get approval from his manager. He texted me back and said quote “Talked to manager on the phone. He said if that’s your happy place then come in. You want to be here at 11? I arrived at the dealership today they would not honor the agreed price after running my credit etc. Hollis was not there I had the finance manager tell me he would not honor the deal and that was not a yes! I feel like because I am a female they thought they could take advantage of me! I am very displeased with them and plan on taking my business to one of the many different Mazda dealerships in this area. FEMALE BUYERS BE AWARE!! More

So professional, kind and honest! I got an amazing deal on a 2020 Mazda CX30 for my daughter. I love all of the safety features in this car and they also gave me an awesome deal on a 3 year maintenance plan. My daughter LOVES her car and I couldn't be happier. In the future, I will only buy cars from Tyrone Square Mazda. The best customer service in the business! Thank you for you kindness and patience! More
