The "Pinellas County" Shuttle Contradiction The GSM states that the shuttle drops off "throughout Pinellas County, including St. Petersburg." In practice, however, the service department enforces a strict 8-mile radius cap. Because my residence in St. Pete is 10 miles away, I was denied transportation. Advertising "county-wide" service while capping it at 8 miles is misleading. Furthermore, despite needing warranty work, a loaner was refused, creating a significant burden for a working professional. 2. Failure to Honor the "One-Year" Timeline The GSM’s response confirms that every vehicle includes one year of maintenance. I purchased my vehicle in October; yet, in February—only four months into that year—I was told my coverage had already expired. If the policy is truly one year, the dealership is failing to honor its own public-facing terms. Additionally, the plan was pitched at the point of sale as "unlimited oil changes" for that year, which contradicts the two-visit limit now being enforced. 3. Regarding Ethics and Transparency Management’s attempt to discredit my feedback by referencing my review history is a deflection. Providing a factual account of a "one-year" plan expiring in four months, or an "8-mile" limit for a "county-wide" shuttle, is not an ethical failing—it is an honest report of the customer experience. 4. Offering one time service in place of agreed sales terms The GSM contacted me after my initial review on Google. A complimentary oil change was offered to address the 'misunderstanding.' However, a single-service offer does not rectify the underlying discrepancy between the one-year maintenance timeline promised and the four-month expiration I experienced. When I maintained that the core issue was misleading information at the time of purchase, the offer was not pursued further by the GSM and no additional resolution was offered. I have an upcoming appointment for a tire leak under my Wheel and Tire Protection plan. From the very first text message, our salesman Joshua Leon made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. We handled the entire transaction remotely through texts, phone calls, and e-signing documents. Joshua was professional, responsive, patient, and transparent every step of the way. He truly went above and beyond to accommodate us being out of town. When my wife made the 7-hour round-trip drive to pick up the vehicle, everything was perfectly prepared and ready to go. No waiting, no surprises — just a smooth, seamless handover. We also traded in her previous Murano, and that part of the deal was handled fairly and efficiently. this dealership has been trying to avoid fixing my car for months not each time I bring it in. They say they can’t find the issue and now the service department manager had gotten fired so now the operati for months not each time I bring it in. They say they can’t find the issue and now the service department manager had gotten fired so now the operations manager is in place and he has been trying to “” work with me on getting my car fixed and get all my problems addressed, including trying to pull a fast one on me and offer me tires that are $60 apiece and trying to tell me that they are premium tires but they are not. They have a terrible rating. You can buy them at Walmart. The only reason they offered me these tires is because I asked for an alignment. One of the guys in the service department said he would not recommend an alignment at this time because it wasn’t that far out of alignment, but then not even a month later when I brought my car back for another issue one of the service techs in the back said that he would recommend an alignment because my car is out of tow and all my tires are getting unevenly worn on the edges. So now Mazda of clearwater is on the hook for not doing an alignment when I asked them for one and it was shot down so now I have prematurely worn tires bought my car with 2200 miles on it. My car now has 14,000 miles on it not a lot of miles on tires which are supposed to last upward to 50 to 60,000 miles and even on top of offering me these cheap tires they were trying to get me to pay for the alignment so I will not take any of my bad reviews down until they give me a premium tire comparable to the premium tire Bridgestone’s. I have on my car now. They also keep updating and changing their reply under my review on Google. More

Every time, the dealership staff has been a very pleasant, low pressure, and worked hard to get the right car at a price that works for us. Nate was a great salesperson and listened to our needs and worked to find the right vehicle for us when we didn't know if we could afford what we really wanted. The finance and management team did everything they could to get us in a price range that we could afford. We will definitely be back and will recommend others for sure! More

In January 2025, I traded my 3 series BMW for a perfect Mazda CX 5 for my immediate needs. Without Jeff’s knowledge and expertise, I would not have been made aware that I was abandoning nearly $2,000 prorated rebate owed to me from a warranty attached to my trade in. Accordingly, Jeff Springer, an exceptional professional, at Mazda of Clearwater, who takes care of the sale of their products but he also carefully informs and educates Mazda customers of valuable benefits they deserve.
