Did not want to listen to the dangerous problem we were having with our CX-9. The entire car shut down at 75 miles per hour in the freeway 5 times. The first time we paid to have this fixed as we were having with our CX-9. The entire car shut down at 75 miles per hour in the freeway 5 times. The first time we paid to have this fixed as we were told it was a computer glitch. The second time we brought it in we were told there was nothing wrong with the car, except for minor repairs (like brakes, tires and shocks) that had nothing to do with this safety issue. The third time we brought it in for the same problem we were told that we needed to pay the diagnosis fee AGAIN for the same issue that they hadn’t fixed the first time. This was ridiculous since we had a major safety issue and had paid prior to have it fixed. The service center didn’t take this dangerous issue seriously and only cared about getting their diagnostics fee. Don’t buy a Mazda..we had nothing but issues for years but it became very alarming when they wouldn’t take a major safety issue seriously! More
