I had gone to Roseville Mazda to get an owners mango a Mazda I had just bought from another dealer. I was greeted by Garrett and he told me where the parts department was and we got into a conversation a Mazda I had just bought from another dealer. I was greeted by Garrett and he told me where the parts department was and we got into a conversation about my not being happy about my purchase. He showed me Mazda CX-5 that was a year newer than the one I bought. Garrett told me to check my contract because I may have a window of days that I could return the vehicle and that day was my last day. I went back to the previous dealership, cancelled the contract, received my deposit and Garrett came and picked me up from the previous dealership and we came back to Roseville Mazda and i received and incredible deal. A 2020 Mazda CX-5 and a loan that is 4% lower than my previous loan. In summery, it was a “Blessed” day! Thank you Garett, Scott and Roseville Masada!!! More
Oil change done on a Saturday. Picked up my car and the oil light was still on. Driving home and the fuse box cover fell off under my feet which could have cause serious accident w Picked up my car and the oil light was still on. Driving home and the fuse box cover fell off under my feet which could have cause serious accident with risk of impending my brakes! Left message for manager. No call the following Monday. Heard from manager Wednesday. Manager gave excuses why the light was on and denied touching any part of the fuse panel! The whole conversation concentrated on none of the above being their fault! I felt so uneasy and ended up going to another Mazda dealership to have my oil light reset. I never asked for anything but acknowledgment of their mistake and an apology and to complete the service I paid for and reset the light. I was so concerned the maintenance wasn’t actually done! Instead I heard how my car is just old. The reception staff reported being short staffed being the reason I couldn’t get a call until the following mid week when I had a concern about the service I just received. The way I see it- if this is the kind of reaction and support I get when the concern is on the minor side but important- I couldnt imaging actually having a real concern and being treated the way I was and not supported. I will not be returning. I will avoid the dealership all together and drive out of my way to Sacramento for service and purchase of my new Mazda in October! More

Niki Hutchens is great in the Service Department. Communicating clearly and promptly helped me get a good deal on needed repairs.
