Improved service center This was my first maintenance visit and I was very pleased. I visited your service center in the past (other family members purchased from Maxon) and This was my first maintenance visit and I was very pleased. I visited your service center in the past (other family members purchased from Maxon) and it was not a smooth running shop. Thankfully, it changed for the better. I pulled in, was met by (I assume) the manager, he immediately got me checked in on the computer, and sent Ron, my service advisor, out to set up my services. It was a pleasure to deal with knowledgeable and courteous folks. The only "issue" I had was the person I originally spoke to on the phone said I couldn't get Valet service. So I drove down to Union. She was wrong and the staff was very apologetic for the error. . I bought my vehicle from Felix Shaulov, who I thought was an incredible sales consultant, and I believe I will feel the same about the service center. More

On my way back from Screwsbury, a rehab( My wife had just had a stroke, I experienced a blow-out and what I thought was damage to my rim. Upon Ron's Sherlocking he explained that the rim was ok. A new tire and a oil change later & I was on my way. Ron was training a lady, whom I'm sure, saw the look on my face knowing that all was well with my vehicle in time of need. Words are poor but THANK YOU!!!!!! More
