Completely disappointed I have no describe my dissatisfaction. The car is not even paid off, brand new vehicle, air conditioner breaks. Took 10 days to get it fixed. You want I have no describe my dissatisfaction. The car is not even paid off, brand new vehicle, air conditioner breaks. Took 10 days to get it fixed. You wanted to charge for a loaner car. No one called when my part came, there was no sense of urgency to provide service. Once my car was done, it sat parked in front of me in the waiting for over an hour before I was told I was done. By far the WORST service I have gotten. I had every intention of trading in and getting a newer car, but now that have seen how customers are treated when something in their new car breaks, I will buy at some other company. More

Great experience I had a great experience with Hyundai. I went to Matthew for help after being referred to him by others. He was excellent. He worked well with me list I had a great experience with Hyundai. I went to Matthew for help after being referred to him by others. He was excellent. He worked well with me listening to what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. The process for me to find the car I wanted and test drive it took about 20 minutes if that. I was back at his desk with the paper work within 25 minutes. The first time he told me a price I told him I did not want to pay that. He worked with me on getting a lower price. He came back about 15 minutes later with a better price for me being a first time car buyer with fair credit. The whole process of looking for a car, checking out prices, and then deciding to buy the car took me about an hour all together. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car with Hyundai and I would recommend Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a car period. More
