Don’t believe the website So my husband and I were looking to purchase a new Acadia. The salesman was very nice and showed us many. Then it came time to talk money. Unfortunate So my husband and I were looking to purchase a new Acadia. The salesman was very nice and showed us many. Then it came time to talk money. Unfortunately this is where it goes down hill. After being unable to negotiate a fair price, we inquired about one that was listed in the website. They were unable to figure why the car was listed at the price it was. Finally they told us that they would honor the price. The car was brought to us to see and it was the wrong vehicle. The one in the computer could not be located. In the end we did not purchase any car from there since the price kept changing and the trade in amount kept getting less along with the incentive amounts. We were told the car on the website had last months incentives and they were working on it immediately to fix the website. Yet when I checked today the cars are still listed the same way. Deception and lies do not make a business successful! More

Excellent customer service!!! Rich was the service manager assigned to my 2010 Acadia. Rich kept me informed every step of the way. He was able to contact the warranty company dire Rich was the service manager assigned to my 2010 Acadia. Rich kept me informed every step of the way. He was able to contact the warranty company directly and work with them. The Acadia was the shop for a total of 14 days. I never felt out of the loop as to what was going on or why it was taking so long. At the conclusion of the repairs, Maxon included two free oil changes! After all, they recieved close to $5K More
