Only need my battery tested and replace took almost 1hr 1/2. Did not complete all the work I had to be towed in. Needed starter, covered under extended warranty. They didn’t have a loaner and I had to rent over the weekend as this was a Frid I had to be towed in. Needed starter, covered under extended warranty. They didn’t have a loaner and I had to rent over the weekend as this was a Friday. Car wasn’t ready til Monday. Covered nothing of the $380 for the rental. I called shortly after I left the vehicle to have them check the horn. Person in service department that I spoke to never put this in the system, so it didn’t get done. Now I will have to bring the vehicle in again and probably rent another car. Also, if anyone had looked, there was a bad rotor on the driver front. I had it repaired elsewhere. More
