STILL WAITING FOR DEPOSIT REFUND Test drove and bought car Nov 10-they were taking it to have some recall work done before I took possession of car. I left a check for 2,000 dollars in good faith that I would have the car in 5 days, work completed. No word, finally checked in with Sal 7 days later, and he said that the VIN number on the car did not match the paperwork and the car was being sent back to auction. Great. Do they not have a regular process to check that (red flag warning). After hours and hours of researching and test driving and finally making my decision...I'm still without a car. And guess what? No 2K dollars either. That's right-THREE weeks later, no check. No return texts. DON"T GO HERE-you cannot trust them. I ignored the low rating of this place at my peril. No more will I risk low rated dealerships. Learned my lesson. Keep you posted on that $2,000. Anyone know Tom Martino's phone number? I do have my attorney's number. So there's that. More
