We met up with Pablo because we were in the area and he showed us the car we were looking at online. He was very professional, friendly and accommodating. After the test drive we looked at a few other options and eventually settled on a Jeep Grand Cherokee limited. We loved the car and Pablo worked quickly to get our information together and the paper work started. Carlos handled the finance side and got us in and out in a resonable amount of time. He answered al of our questions and got us a discount on the 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. I would absolutely recommend max auto and specifically Pablo for a used car purchase. Missed opportunity I scheduled an appointment to look at a specific Jeep just to show up and the salesman can not find it. Turns out it was in the shop getting some body I scheduled an appointment to look at a specific Jeep just to show up and the salesman can not find it. Turns out it was in the shop getting some body work done on it. This type of miscommunication in today's age is unacceptable. A waste of my time and I went to Schomp Honda and purchased another Jeep instead. The wait area was certainly second class to Schomp or even Toyota across the street and you felt like you are dealing with stereo typical used car salesman. What a shame because I liked the look of the Jeep I was there to see. More

They stand by their customers I liked the car. Liked everyone I dealt with. But There were some issues. The car had stains on the seats. They said they didn't know how they got I liked the car. The salesmen opened the trunk and pointed at the pile of floormats. Told me it had both original carpet mats and all weather rubber mats. Made the deal and loaded everything from my trade into the trunk. Right away the next day CC called me and set up when I would bring the car in for the seats to be cleaned. Pretty impressive. That weekend I unload the stuff from my trade and go to put the mats in the car and get rid of the paper mats. Well the all weather don't fit, from some other car. The original Camry mats are only the little rear ones. Now I'll be paying $100 on the internet for something I was told I was getting. Not tragic but disappointing. When Randy heard the rear window defroster wasnt working he had Kevin call me and they got it fixed the same day. Really impressive. And Kevin at the service department is Great. I hope the owners know how good they have it having Randy and Kevin and C.C there. Alot of dealerships don't have employees like these. In fact everyone I encountered there are really nice.
