Low pressure Mike was easy going with our needs. I wanted to get the car checked out so he delivered it to the garage and picked it up for us (we live far away). Mike was easy going with our needs. I stumbled upon this dealership via a car listed on Auto Trader and we truly could not have been more happy with our experience from start to finish. Pablo was a rock star in the truest sense of the term and a complete pleasure to deal with. From our initial call to check that the car (and two others we were interested in) was still available, to him holding the keys on the car we were most interested in so nobody else could snag it while we were en route to the dealership, to his willingness to let us test drive the car multiple times (after we'd test driven the other cars we were interested in on their lot for comparison) and his general friendliness and non-pushy nature - it really just doesn't get any better when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. The rest of the staff was also incredibly friendly, considerate and helpful (holding doors, asking if we needed any additional help, offering beverages multiple times, letting us know about the free hot dogs and burgers they had available for lunch) and we could tell they really cared about earning our business. The used car we ended up purchasing (Audi A4 Avant) was fairly priced (absolutely zero price gouging), in beautiful condition and we couldn't be more thrilled with it. Thanks so much to Pablo and the other excellent staff at this business for an exceptional experience. I highly recommend them without hesitation and look forward to hopefully doing business with them again in the future. More
