BEST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER BEEN TOO! I honestly don't know how to explain my experience at Maximum Auto search it was so amazing that it's hard for me to be able to give enough credit. From beginning to end everybody was unbelievably accommodating so friendly no pressure sales people and it felt like they really just wanted us to enjoy your visit and to make sure we got everything that we came for. Our interaction with them began with a phone call to check on a car we saw online I was introduced to Phil Shumate, Phil took the time to answer all of my questions on the phone and made me feel at ease about are buying process he didn't just focus on the car but rather focused on me and my husband and our needs. When I told Phil about how excited my husband was for the car we were looking at you showed me that if there was any movement on the car he would contact us that being said we scheduled an appointment to meet a few days later and that was that. We decided to go up to Denver a little bit earlier that I scheduled appointment and when we got there another salesman met us and try to help us find our car when that sales person went inside to discuss the car we were looking at Phil overheard and immediately came outside to let us know that a couple from Fountain was already interested in the car that we were looking at. This couple from Fountain of course was us and Phil had kept his word on making sure that we knew what was going on with the activity of the car. There was a little bit of a snag in the buying process due to other interest in the car however it was all resolved thanks to Phil and his persistence. He went above and beyond to a level that I still am surprised by he stayed late even after his shift was over to ensure that everything was taken care of with our car. The entire time that we hang out waiting for everything to be finalized he walked around with me and talked shared stories about him and his family his experience in the company and shared funny stories to keep me entertained. He also made a great attempt at befriending my daughter who was with us the whole time he made a solid attempt at getting on her good side but she is a tough sell LOL. We even got to meet Phil's girlfriend who he had been talking to about us the entire time we were at the dealership that day when she showed up we had a chit chat and got to know a little more about Phil which was really nice. I'm usually not the type of person to write such a lengthy reviews especially about a car dealership but I felt I had to let everyone know how amazing this place is. My husband and I often by cars and then a few years later trade them in for new ones so this isn't our first time dealing with a dealership however it is now or last time dealing with any other dealership we will only be buying from Maximum Auto search now and as long as Phil is there we will only be buying cars from Phil, thank you so much for everything you did you're absolutely amazing! I never want to step foot on a dealers lot since without knowing up front what I am getting into. I called and texted Mike Weber for a few hours and we came to a price. I then went down to see the car. Mike Weber was even better in person. Not Pushy, Took His Time With Me, Never Pressured Me, Mike answered all my questions and let me kick the tires and take the car for a nice ride. Again I am a pain in the xxx and even the slightest thing would make me walk away. I ended up purchasing the car that day. Since I drove myself to the Maximum my next challenge was getting the two cars home. Without even mentioning it Mike offered to drive my car back to my house. It started out great good rapport then when it came down to the payments and financing it went sideways. When they came back with a $485 payment on a $12000 vehicle my antennas went up. Even at 21% interest the payment would only be $452 for the 3 year term they said we had to have based on credit. And that was with $1500 down. Then when I asked what interest rate that was calculated at he said he didn't know? What? You don't know? Then tried to play the game of lowering the payment asking how much could we pay? Are you serious? The price of the car the tax rate any deposit and the interest rate determine the payment... GTFOH! More
