No one home I had the strangest attempt at buying a car I've ever had with these guys. I went to look at a car I was interested in and took my trade in with me. I had the strangest attempt at buying a car I've ever had with these guys. I went to look at a car I was interested in and took my trade in with me. They did a thorough check of my car and said they would call later. When they called they asked what I was looking for in terms of a difference. I made an offer. I later received a call from the general manager who said he was working on it. This was a Friday. He said he would call Monday noon to let me know where they were. I never heard from them again. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday came and went. I called both the salesman and the sales manager and left messages. I emailed both the salesman and the general manager and heard nothing. By Saturday I attempted to reach the salesman again. I got him on the phone and he told me he had turned it over to the general manager who was putting together numbers. I never heard from either of them again, I gave up and bought a car from another dealer who was great (JFR sales and leasing - Ken Whatmore) and put together a deal in less than an hour. I have had experiences where I couldn't get a car dealer to quit calling me. This was the first time I couldn't get one to call me back. I imagine they wanted to sell it to someone else that might not have had a trade. I don't know. It was just weird. I would not recommend these guys if you want someone to be straight with you and sell you the car you are looking for. More

I can't say enough about Pablo! He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, FUNNY, kind, extremely honest and overall just genuine! (which can be super hard to find at dealerships these days!) He went above and beyond for us and worked hard to get us the exact deal we wanted! He even gave my hungry, tired toddler a bag of his personal stash of potato chips! I mean... COME ON! THAT is service! On a more serious note, I just cannot say enough about how amazing the experience was working with this dealership and its' employees! One-of-a-kind place and people to say the least! The financing department can be a headache (especially if you have to bring your 3-year-old along) but deal with Carlos and he'll make things a breeze!
