When arrived were just finishing washing the vehicle for our test drive, Daniel was great about answering all our questions and googled up some info on towing as that was a major concern of ours. Everyone at dealership was friendly and accommodating, the manager was very pleasant and hammed it up with our kids. They definitely wanted our business but were not too pushy and gave us a fair offer to take home with us. After taking an evening to do a little further research we called them back to proceed. When arrived to close they had things ready for us and didn’t take too long to get everything signed and be on our way. Overall was a pretty pleasant experience and would recommend Maximum Auto Search to any prospective buyer. More

Purchase of Mini Cooper I purchased a black mini cooper on June 4th, 2018. It needed some body work, so they said it would take a few days and it would be painted and buffed I purchased a black mini cooper on June 4th, 2018. It needed some body work, so they said it would take a few days and it would be painted and buffed out. I called my sale rep (Sal) many times to find out its status. Each time he told me it would be the next day, for sure. I finally called last Thursday, and Sal was out. I finally tracked the car to the Body Shop. The manager indicated the car was ready to be picked up. I came to pick it up on last Friday, June 15, 2018. The car had not been washed, and I had to clean all the papers out of it, but there were still some chips that hadn't been painted. When I drove it off the lot the gas gauge indicated It had 1 mile of gas left in the tank. I barely made it to the gas station. Then I noticed that the temporary registration was not on the car. I had to come all the way back to the lot to get a temporary registration put on the car. I had purchase another car from you 2 years ago and your service was excellence. I was very disappointed this time. More
