I purchased my vehicle on 4/28/21 first part of the deal was jeep floor mats yes I did recevie them the drivers mat was worn through with a very large hole passenger side did not fit the back seat was no wh was jeep floor mats yes I did recevie them the drivers mat was worn through with a very large hole passenger side did not fit the back seat was no where near fitting.My falut for not taking the $100.00 dollar credit.Second as I went through my paper work there was no Emission test I called the state and was informed that yes I needed one they said that the dealer should have had it done or the very least given me a coupon for the test so now I had to drive down to you a get a coupon and wait for someone to find one and then go get the test done all on my time when this should have been done at the time of the purchase.I belive that I should be reimbursed for my time as you did not do your duediligence as a automobile dealer.My next issue the title as of 5/23/21 I do not have a title yet after contacting the Jeffco and Coorado Depatment of Motor Vehicle that I should have the title in 30 days or less due to this was a cash sale not the 60days or longer that I was told by the person that found the coupon so I will wait and see what happens on 5/28/21 if I have not received the title.Will I recommmend you it is very unlikely. The only good part of my experience was in service worthy Kevin. The finance guy was terrible. They added on an extra $3,000 service plan without asking me instead of asking me to put more down. Then got a call to come pay my taxes because he messed up my paperwork and didn’t include it in the agreement!!!!! Then he lied to me about having an appointment and loaner car to get the IOU part replaced. Edmon is a terrible employee who lies to get his way and make sales. He should not be in his position. I was told a mgr will be calling me about my issues and never received a call. Never will I buy from you guys again. More
