On may 29, 2025 I took my Nissan Rogue to Goodyear to remove a screw from one of my tires. They told me I did not have the wheel lock key, so they would not be able to remove the screw. Anyway I called Gerald Spence (Bam Bam) at Maus Nissan in Brooksville and told him what my problem was. He told me to come on over and see what can be done. I went over there, (I bought my Maus Nissan Rogue last August2024), so I know Bam Bam, as he usually takes care of me. He ordered the part for me and a few days later I picked it up from the dealership. I would like to take the time to let you know what an awesome employee you have.
