I am guessing Matt must be a new employee, as I noticed he wasn't completely familiar with the paperwork (which was okay, as he asked for help from a coworker) but I thought he was an exceptional salesman on all accounts. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. I told him what I was looking for as well as my preference on monthly payments and he made it happen. It took only about 2 hours from the time I walked until everything was complete, thats test drive filling out the paperwork, talking to finance (which got me a lower rate then I was expecting) car was in the shop getting preped, and paper on to the DMV. I drove close to an hour to get to this dealership and it was well worth it, great price, and top notch service cant ask for more then that. More

Dishonest/Poor Customer Service This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. After you buy a car from them they could care less about you. Bought a car in September 2013 an This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. After you buy a car from them they could care less about you. Bought a car in September 2013 and still dealing with problems. Dishonest salesmen,Trey the general manager could care less, service department is a nightmare. They are well aware of my issues and I have gotten no answers or response from them and my car is still not fixed. Jr. needs to step in and rethink who he has overseeing his dealership. Buyer beware. I was given a quote for a trade . I kept asking to see the amount that would be used toward a lease. Was told don' t worry all the amount that was quoted would be there . I think that they expect people not to double check on the amounts after all it''s more money for them. More
