HIGHLY DIISAPPOINTED I purchased the vehicle from Matthew Nissan in Clay and within two weeks of purchase (a cash purchase) I returned to the dealership after discovering a significant issue with the Matthew Nissan in Clay and within two weeks of purchase (a cash purchase) I returned to the dealership after discovering a significant issue with the suspension system. The vehicle was found to have a faulty strut — a condition that directly impacts safety, steering stability, and overall drivability. Given how quickly this issue presented itself, it is reasonable to conclude that the strut problem existed prior to the sale. This is not a matter of normal wear and tear occurring after purchase, especially within such a short timeframe. I purchased this vehicle in good faith, relying on the expectation that it was safe and mechanically sound at the time of delivery. A suspension defect of this nature should have been identified and disclosed before the vehicle was sold. I should not be responsible for the cost of repairing a pre-existing safety issue. I met with Greg the service manager after given the run around by the service rep who was never available and never returned our phone calls. Greg stated that he would see what he could do regarding this issue. I was told by a different service rep that the manager would take 400.00 off of the labor which would result in paying 3200 for the repair. Charging thousands for a pre-existing issue is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of accountability and integrity. I am very disappointed at the outcome of this issue. Tami Martin-Davis More

Aaron was the salesman helping me and was excellent! He spent a lot of time going over all the details of the Altima I was buying. I will definitely be referring friends and family to go see him. I was told repair under warranty arrived and then informed it was not, unfortunately this is programming issue and can only be done by Nissan. Service manager was inconsiderate. This was not the first time I have had a bad experience there and only bring my vehicle there if my local shop cannot do the repair, as they manage to mess something up each time. Tried to call store manager without success, emailed him with no response. Do not do business here!!! More
