Very disappointed with my recent visit to Fuccillo Kia in Schnectady !! Took my vehicle in for an inspection, service tech Eduardo who worked on my vehicle said it would not pass inspection due to a list of Schnectady !! Took my vehicle in for an inspection, service tech Eduardo who worked on my vehicle said it would not pass inspection due to a list of issues which were going to cost me about 2000 dollars. Took my vehicle someplace else to get a 2nd opinion and there was not one thing wrong with my vehicle and it passed with flying colors. This jerk at Fuccillo was trying to take advantage of me, think again buddy!! I guess your dealership likes to do shady business!! More

Having to return made me question everything but the second time around staff was friendly professional and explained everything to me! They told me I would be there for a while but I was in and out.
