2 times - oil change, inspection Twice in last year, scheduled maintenance (simple oil change, tire rotation, state inspection). Both times, the services took well over 2 hours. Slow service, bad communication I dropped my car off Thursday night. Had to call multiple times. Car wasn’t done til Monday st noon. Other things wrong but didn’t suggest it to me.
