Your Car, Your Way! I bought my first Kia Optima from the 3900 State Street, Schenectady, NY location nearly two decades ago, back when it was Lia Kia. Quite honestly, L I bought my first Kia Optima from the 3900 State Street, Schenectady, NY location nearly two decades ago, back when it was Lia Kia. Quite honestly, Lia's sales team and, most especially their service staff, truly sucked, and this State Street nearly lost my business as a result. When Fuccillo took over, I gave this conveniently located dealership a second chance, and am so glad I did! Since that first Lia Kia Optima, I've enjoyed a Fuccillo Kia Rio SX (that I drove professionally on the set of SALT), a Kia Forte, and this past week I traded in my leased Forte for a 4WD Ford Escape SE that drives like a dream. Having leased and bought vehicles in the U.S. and Europe, I know the Fuccillo sales team is the finest in the world. They truly listen to their clients and there's never any pressure at all. The service staff is equally knowledgeable and extremely thorough, and pricing for both vehicles and service has always been most reasonable. Since I'll be relocating to Maine's Bold Coast next year, which I consider to be paradise on Earth, my only regret is that I'll be forced to bid a fond adieu to the wonderful folks at Fuccillo when I do. Hopefully, Billy will consider opening a dealership in Washington County, Maine, where one can enjoy more freedom than taxes, the air is pure oxygen, and 'lobstah' is what's for dinner more often than not. In the meantime, many thanks to the entire Fuccillo State Street gang... who will all be sorely missed! More

My Experience with Kenny at Fuccillo Kia I had a problem that started out of no where with my Kia Sorento. I stopped at two garages, no one would help me, I stopped at Advanced auto and they I had a problem that started out of no where with my Kia Sorento. I stopped at two garages, no one would help me, I stopped at Advanced auto and they pulled the code for me off the computer. They were not sure what the code meant, I went to Fuccillo Chrysler where I bought the car, they were extremely unhelpful. When I first called Fuccillo Kia I spoke with a women who couldn't help me, I called back and spoke to Kenny and he knew exactly what the code meant, he got me right in, got me a rental car, and I was able to go on with my day. Kenny was awesome!! extremely helpful, personable, professional, and seemed to actually care. He is a true asset to the company, I will be back just because he is there!! More
